Replace the OEM gas valve kit in the Coleman furnace (M# Tg8s100c16mp11, S# W1l8279859) under warranty. Once the repairs are made perform AC preventative maintenance Gas valve replacement and PMAC completed. System needed 2lbs of R410A. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time.
Model # XC1406023004 Serial # 5816E15948 Completed a preventative maintenance on. 8 year old Lennox unit. I changed the 20x25x1 filter, then I water tested the condensate pump and it was operating properly. Then I took a split temperature reading and it was 21 degrees perfect. After that I went outside to the condenser and performed amperage readings the condenser fan motor was at 1.1amps rated for 1.4 amps the compressor is rated for 21.4 and running at 11 amps the capacitor and contactor are both in good shape. The unit is operating properly at this time
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom home. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business!
Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Model number: EL16XC1060230 A02. Serial number: 5819A06374. Upon arrival the unit was off. I turned the unit on at the thermostat. Went downstairs to the unit and watched it run. Turned the unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coils for any dirt build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched the water drain properly. Poured water into the condensate pump and watched the water pump out properly. Removed the panels to the furnace. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Changed the 20x25x1 filter. Took an amp draw for the motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Placed the panels back on the unit and watched it run. Went outside to the condenser and watched it run. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed the panel and brushed out any spiderwebs. Checked the contactor and capacitor
Came out today to investigate a noise on a condenser. York condenser model #YCJF48S41S2A, serial #W1N2362852. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that they waould call for AC and the condenser would make a loud whoosh noise. He also stated that a couple of times the fan has failed to start. I inspected the condenser and found a rusted capacitor. I ohmed out the capacitor and received a reading of 34+0. This is an indication of a bad capacitor. I showed the homeowner my findings and presented some options. Update the power storage device
Came out today to check a gas leak on a Coleman furnace. Model #Tg8s100c16mp11, serial #W1l8279859. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me where peco found a leak. It is at the left 2 burners. Chud installed 12/2018, 5 year labor, 10-year parts warranty. After investigating peco was correct about the Leak. Recommend replacing the fuel delivery system. Once the repair is made I recommend performing preventative maintenance.
Manufacturer York Model # H1RA042S06A Serial # EKGM363060 Completed a preventative maintenance on a 23 year old York system. Customer changed #313 filter. The split temperature was 15. When water testing the evaporator coil I noticed the coil was very rusted out and because the split temperature was so low I decided to check the area with my refrigerant leak detector, the evaporator coil is is leaking in two different spots. I showed the customer where the system is leaking from and because it’s r22 we can’t just replace the coil. Also, the compressor outside is starting to rust out and it’s only gonna get worse. The capacitor is all rusted and the contactor has burn marks on the inside of it. It is time for this system to be replaced. Customer wants to talk it over with his wife and possibly get another quote on a new system. I cannot guarantee this system will last throughout the summer. Completed a preventative maintenance on a 11 year old air conditioner. The temperature split was 21 degrees which is perfect. Customer changed the 16x25x4 filter. I cleaned and test the drain line. Performed a amperage readings on compressor 9.9 amps and the condenser fan motor .9 amps. Also checked the capacitor and contactor both are running properly. system is operating properly at this point.
Performed preventative maintenance on a York AC system. Model number: E1FB036S06A. Serial number: EEAM191015. Upon arrival the unit as off at the thermostat. Turned unit on at the thermostat and watched it run. Took a temperature split. Removed the panel on the evaporator coil and furnace. Inspected the coils for and dirt or dust build up. Observed water draining in the drain line properly. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust or dirt build up. Took an amp draw for the blower motor. 5.8 amps. Changed a pleated 16x20x1 filter supplied by the home owner. Checked the condenser coils for any dirt build up. Took an amp draw for the fan 1.2 amps. Took amp draw for the compressor, 7.8 amps. Placed panel back on the condenser. Turned unit off at the thermostat.
Lennox Model # 13HPX-036-230-17 Serial # 1914D48036 Customer had no air conditioning. When I arrived the outdoor unit was not running. The contactor was not closing. After replacing the contactor the unit was low on 4-10A customer did not want to do a leak search because he is selling the house. After charging the system I had a 20 degree split and a subcooling of 9 system is operating properly at this point. Customer would like receipt mailed to him.
Lennox - M# XC13-042-230-03 - S# 5810E30454 Completed a preventative maintenance. Took a temperature split and it was 20 degrees which is perfect. Customer did not have a filter he said he would change it when he get the new 20x25x4 filter. Poured water down on the evaporator coil and it was draining properly and the condensate pump is working. Then performed a amperage readings on the condenser fan motor, and compressor both are operating properly. System is operating properly properly at this point.
Perf A rooftop dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent,duct,flex duct and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal.
